On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colours, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.


How to order:



  • from the item page, select the desired size of the product

  • add the product to your Shopping Bag

  • once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag

  • select a shipping method and a payment method

  • enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details

  • check that the information you entered is correct and click "Place order".


Within several minutes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with a confirmation e-mail.

When will my credit card be charged?

As soon as you place your order online, payment authorization will be requested automatically to verify credit card validity and availability of funds. The card is not charged at this time: the actual payment occurs when the order is shipped, at which point you will receive a confirmation e-mail.


Why can I not complete my order?

Verify that you have correctly entered the data for your selected payment method. If you are paying with a credit card and the problem persists, we suggest contacting your credit card issuer.

Why did you charge me twice even though I placed only one order?

Brioni.com guarantees that your credit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your credit card statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorization request that is made when you place the order and which will be released; the second confirms the actual charge.


Why is the amount I paid different from the amount of my order?

The amount paid is lower when, at the moment the order is dispatched, one or more of the articles is not available; the charged amount will correspond exclusively to the value of the articles that were effectively shipped.


Aftersales assistance and repairs

Brioni offers aftersales assistance and repair services for products purchased in flagship stores, as well as on brioni.com.


For products purchased on brioni.com, we kindly ask you to visit the Client Service or Contact Us pages and to fill out the contact form, selecting from the drop down menu the topic that describes your issue as contact reason. Our service team will assist you with your query.


For products purchased in a Brioni boutique, we invite you to contact the nearest store at your convenience for further assistance. As an alternative, you can fill out the form in Client Service or Contact Us pages. 


For products purchased from a wholesale partner, aftersales service requests need to be directed back to the wholesale retailer from which the product was originally bought.


Can I receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one I used for the order?

For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.

Can I combine returns from different orders?

Orders may be delivered from different Brioni locations. For tax compliance reasons, each return is to be shipped to its individual address as indicated on the return label already available in the parcel.

Can I make an exchange for a different product?

To exchange a product, please return it and place a new order. Once the return is accepted, we will reimburse the according amount.


Can I use my own return service?

We strongly recommend not to use a different courier than the one that delivered the parcel.

I decided to keep my order, but have already completed the Return Form. What should I do?

We are glad you decided to keep your purchase. You do not have to do anything and there is no need to contact us.


I lost my return label. Can I get a new one?

If you lost the pre-addressed return label provided within the parcel, you can easily print a new one as the last step in the return section on My Account page.

Can I choose a delivery date/hour?

It is not possible to choose a specific date and hour.
We advice to contact DHL (www.dhl.com) via "track my shipment" functionality to check the option for a specific delivery timining.


Ship to a Brioni store

Brioni offers you the possibility to pick up for free the items you ordered online in a store.


During checkout, select "Ship to a Brioni store" and choose which boutique you would like to have your order delivered to. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.


To pick up your order, you will need to bring:



  • Your valid ID

  • The shipping confirmation email, either printed or digitally


If someone is collecting an order on your behalf, they must bring:



  • A copy of your valid ID

  • Their valid ID

  • The shipping confirmation email, either printed or digitally

  • Letter of authorisation dated and signed by you


Item have to be collected within 15 days of delivery to the store. Failing this, your order will be returned and we will issue a refund.


Shipping restrictions

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes and Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.


The country of your delivery address must correspond to the country website in which you placed your order.


Shipping times and costs

You can find detailed shipping times and costs in every product page and at Checkout.


Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays. The courier will make 3 delivery attempts; after the third attempt, the order will return to our stock location.
All shipments are directly managed by our logistics partners and we are therefore unable to modify delivery times.


What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:



  • Check the order status in the Order and Returns section for registered users; or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation e-mail in the courier website.

  • Verify the correctness of the delivery address

  • In the case of a missed delivery, contact DHL (www.dhl.com).

The Promotional Codes of brioni.com give you access to exclusive promotions and initiatives.

Order status

Order being prepared: the order has been confirmed and we have already sent a confirmation e-mail with the Order Number.


Order is shipped: the order has left the Brioni premises and it is underway. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the parcel's tracking number.

Why did items that I added to my cart disappear?

Until an order is placed, items added to a Shopping Bag remain available on the website and can therefore be purchased by other customers. If this should happen before you complete your order, you will receive a notification that the items are no longer available.

The size shown on the item's label is indicated on every Product Page and converted into various international size charts.


Find the right fit with the help of the conversion tables, measures and guiding drawings.


Can I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order up to the time it is shipped, by contacting our Client Service.


Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. The order can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.


Is shopping on brioni.com safe?

We operate according to the guidelines of the World Health Organisation and the competent authorities and constantly ensure that hygiene and sanitary standards are respected.


Return Policy

You can return item purchased on brioni.com within 30 days of the delivery date, except for fragrance:



  • Login into the My Account section and click on "Orders and Returns"

  • Select the order and the item you wish to return by clicking on “Request a Return”, indicating the reason for returning

  • Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included.

  • Pack the items either in its original parcel or in another rigid carton box.

  • Slide the pre-paid DHL label inside the plastic sleeve and stick it over the prior delivery information.

  • Contact DHL (www.dhl.com) to arrange the pick-up of you parcel wherever you wish.
    The Brioni pre-paid label only allows to return items from the original destination country of your purchase.
    If your return does not meet the above mentioned conditions, the parcel will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.


  • Refunds

    We usually process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at Brioni; once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request your reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail.
    The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
    Credit Card: our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the credit card issuer.
    PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail.
